Surgical Assisting Educational Opportunities
Surgical assistants have a variety of ways to obtain the 75 continuing education credits required to renew the CSFA credential. Other credentials, such as the CSA and the SA-C have their own specific renewal criteria. Visit the Certification Page to find the appropriate renewal information for each credential.
ASA – 2012 October — Chicago
ASA is sponsoring a Stryker Bone Drilling workshop on Friday, October 8 that will be held at Elmhurst Hospital. Download information.

ASA– 2012 November Robotics Fundamentals and Advanced Practicums — Houston
ASA will again offer the most focused and substantive hands-on robotics training to operating room professionals. Two hands-on workshops will be offered on Thursday, November 8 and
